This project involved the removal of an old patio and the installation of a new stamped concrete patio with a bold stone texture pattern and contrasting decorative border. The updated design adds character and durability, creating a spacious outdoor area perfect for entertaining. A built-in fire pit anchors the space, blending function with style for year-round use.

They did an awesome job on a new stamped concrete patio. Maximus was less money than all of the landscaping companies that we got quotes from plus we really wanted concrete instead of the bricks that most places wanted to install. We're planning to add in a gazebo with power for a fan and lights plus add in landscaping all around the patio and Maximus worked with us on planning for all of that. We have conduit running under the concrete to the right places for the gazebo as well as low voltage lines for landscape lights as well. The firepit in the middle of one end of the patio includes a 4 inch clay water drain to keep it dry. Then the inside walls of the firepit are filled with air holes and there is an air supply tube running under the concrete to help the fire burn hot and clean to cut down on the smoke. They really went above and beyond what all of our other quotes were offering and they did it for less money than everyone else." Randy M.
